We recently completed a 10-week project working with Maxi Construction Ltd at Glasgow Caledonian University.
It involved the refurbishment and upgrading of three blocks of student flat accommodation, encompassing the communal kitchens, hallways, bedrooms, toilets and shower rooms.
The works included upgrades to the electrical heating systems, small power, lighting, fire alarms and shower systems.
Everything had to be completed on time – with students returning for their studies – so a fast turnaround was duly delivered.
